Next up in our series of 'Cook the Book' dinners, is 'Junk Food Japan' written by the chef of Kurobuta restaurants in London, Scott Hallsworth. 

We loved the creative and playful dishes based on Japanese cuisine, bursting with freshness and flavour.  We've picked out a few of our favourite dishes so far, that you might see on the menu:

Salmon gravadlax sashimi with dill truffle miso sauce
Salmon tatami with sweet potato crisps and wasabi mayo
Grains and greens salad with honey soy and ginger dressing
Tuna sashimi pizza
Sweet and sour crab crunchies
Asparagus bacon kushi
