A Sardinian Lunch with Wild Artichokes and Letitia Clark
Born and bred in Devon, Letitia started her career in food at Leiths School of Wine before going on to cook in a number of London restaurants Along the way, she developed a love for the Sardinia, which soon became her home, and from where she bases herself, today, as a food writer, cook and artist.
Letitia is joining Wild Artichokes for this one-off, special Sardinian lunch at the idyllic, al fresco location of Riversbridge, home to Michael Sutton's Cellar.
With many wonderful seasonal, regional dishes and ingredients to choose from, lunch is sure to be a feast. Seafood fregola, seadas, bottarga, pecorino sardo, malloreddus, carta da musica to name but a few - the menu is a work in progress!
